Holistic Migraine Approach

Migraines can be a beast, but they can be contained. I have lived with this debilitating disease for over thirty years. I understand firsthand how it can affect every area of your life. I also know the peace and freedom of making it to the other side of this disease. I have experienced the joy of being able to wake up and not fear an attack, to make plans with confidence, and to be the person I want to be.

This is why I am so passionate about helping others. I know the fears, the worries, and the frustrations of navigating life with migraines. I understand trying to work, parent, and maintain relationships while living with this disease. There have been some dark days in my journey, but after years of struggling and many defeating moments, I found a better way.

I want everyone to be able to live the life they want to live and to know there is always hope. By finding a holistic approach I now have a different life. While it was frustrating not having these answers and strategies sooner, I am now focusing on helping others. I want to share what I wish I had known before and save others from more pain and frustration.

To put a purpose to my pain and empower others to start living I created the Holistic Migraine Approach course. It is a self-paced online course that shares my journey, defines what migraines are, and educates while also providing support and strategies to live your best life. I also provide resources to navigate the healthcare system, communicate with family and friends, and find the work accommodations you need.

In addition to this course, I am excited to offer migraine coaching services. It can be very powerful to work with someone who truly understands and makes sense of the medical jargon and process. I am honored to help others and so thankful for my life today. So please check out The Holistic Migraine Approach and Migraine Coaching. I want the best for you too!
